I missed a week so what happen...


Nothin much except I squeeze all I have to do my assignment which till date I still dont have a clue what I wrote about. NVM...


Got sick... deliriously sick on Wednesday shivering from a fever... Doctor gave me 2 days MC AGAIN and I was just so tired but gave it all to finish the homework. Life kinda sucks in times like that... I started earlier and couldnt finish it. That was the killer. I have another assignment due next monday and I have better get my act together.


Darlin is back.. and frankly.. he wasnt miss that much after a while.. Ha! Anyway with him back.. that means less time for my assignments and I wanna just devote the weekdays to do it since he is mugging for his exams as well. Give me strength GOD! For starters, I am resolute to start collecting information on the topic I want to do.. Hopefully I have it all finished before the weekend is up. 2000 words reports is no little essay however.. could be much worse...


Zother is out to BKK and from her SMSs.. the spending she is doing... NOT GOOD


Possum wed on Sat at Conrad. Spiffy wedding... who and who of SIA were there.. the dad was so hilarious now we know why he's so eggy as well. Carol was good company too although she is gothic at times.. but she really was good company no kidding. Aside from the table full of locals-studied-in-Oz-who-think-they-are-God kinda..From the looks of the whole wedding it looks as thought millions were splurge.. ANYHOW... it could have been me.. hahahha... never mind... it been so long ... no point talking about it. The cake they serve was good.. chocolate fudge. The whole wedding just showed 1 thing.. as long as you have the cash... EVERYTHING is do-able.. *sigh*


The thing about the wedding was it is so possum style. Fun and extraordinary..So many ppl actually made speeches.. there was the cute cousin who made speech, the parents, the brides friends *although the guy talk like he was high on drugs coz no one understood what he was saying*, the groom, the bride. All the cousins sang, the frds sing somemore, the bride and groom sing.. It was like a concert! Very high benchmark but one of the most exquiste one we ever went to..So at the end of the day everyone go home happy with the handpainted shotglass with yummy chocolates.


Still reeling with the nasty flu I had and this cough which is not easy at all.


Weekends is over and after a break from work.. life's a drag all over again!!!!

I had the day off from work no thanks to the blasted nose giving me trouble ever so much!!!! Anyhow.. not that I am complaining. A day off which I thought I can crunch all the books only to realize that.. I can only managed to finish 1 chapter! BUMMER!!


So the assignment is DUE exactly a week from today and I still have tons of readings unaccomplished! I mean how's that for productivity despite starting 2 weeks earlier! Life's lousy when everything is cramped till you have no time to relax and watch your favourite program on TV! I know that is like the only thing I do when I have the holidays and I never get tired of it!


I have classes today and I want to finish a chapter for today so I can seriously start writing for the article due. After that I have another due on the 2nd May where I only have 1 week to finish and the next one on the 11th May. Life's simply sucks at times when you find you have no time for yourself!


Mom went to have the cataract operations on her eyes and I cooked something for her yesterday. Fried some vegetables and steamed her a fish. Wasnt first class.. but I think I made good! ha! Anyway mum pretty much dont have a choice because she fear outside food. Anyway is simply good healthy food lah.. Wondering if the fortune teller is accurate because it scares me when mum told me about her 'suspected' clogged artery! Yes.. someone like her mdm must-eat-fruit-and-vegetable-less-meat diet is suspected of having a clogged artery!Anyway she's going for a scan or something soon and I am sending her for that. No way I am letting what the fortune teller say come true. I rather not stay in a big house and have a mum that can accoy me till I am over 50!

I know I am like this paranoid punk now.. Whatever.. If I can prevent I will!!!!

God.. please bless my folks!!

So the uneventful week was unmarked anyway because we bailed out on meeting. Simply too much assignments to complete and I have barely start on the 3rd chapter out of the 6 readings to complete to ANALYSE and come up with a mouthful 2500 words essay!!!

Anyway it be a bit of struggling but I'll get through... *sigh*


Despite the weekend was not much happening in any sense I went to have my fortune decipher by this shi fu. I must say till now I am rather skeptical about this whole fortune telling business but certain part of my life was really accurate which freaks me out!!!! Anyway aint too thrilled although he deemed me to do really good in future and one to own property and stuff with amazing kids that are famous! I hope for the right reason for the kids and not some culprit of scams or all things I dont want to be associated with. Reason why was a bit disturbed because of my folks.. according to him.. between 34-44 one of my folks will go and another will go when I am 44-54.. I am EXTREMELY DISTURBED!! I dont want to be rich and all without my folks!!!*sigh* anyway I love my mum and dad... dont want them to go.. I'm going to have the shifu change the fengshui of the house next year! *sigh* I know I am being uber paranoid about this whole thing but the way he drafted my life I would call it accurate.. Hopefully he got the bits abt my folks wrong~ I want my folks to live till old.. till way too old!


Anyway after the while fortune telling episode, I stayed at home to accoy my folks the whole weekend. It also helps that I have lots of studying to do! *sigh*


We did the Qing Ming prayers yesterday and I have this amazing sheen on my face now due to sun burn!! Anyway after the prayers went to my uncle house and his amazingly small puny dog give me this bite which result in bleeding and a bruise tat formed in seconds. Knowing me you probably thought I went to pet the dog?! Actually, No.. I was just going to the toilet minding my own business when the dog lurch at me..Goes to show I have to pet every dog or they will bite..Geeze!


So the week was memorable afterall.. marked by a dog bite! How's that for memories!

They have this nifty button to recover post in blogger now.. right.. like that is going to help anything when they have hitch in the system. My guess is the post is still going to go missing! I am a cynic so sue me!

Anyway the past few days have been pretty uber nasty. I spend my nights lo and behold poring through my books for the slightest clue that would teach or educate me on how to write the dreaded essay! I dont have much time and I wanna complete it asap since I have another few more due just ard the corner. School's like totally sucks!


So nothing much ever happens so zother plus me decide we will go to catch the UnXpected at wala this Saturday to let us relieve this mudane week. Even Amazing Race this week was getting a bit... downy! Geeze!


The only highlight of the week was me attending my class on Monday.. my lecturer snip off the dog curls that he used to have for hair and man! He looked spiffy! I am going ga ga over him and this.. coming from a 27 year old .. Geeze! I mean... he look mighty fine with the earrings and his attempts at joke probably wont be what I call a top one but he is about there! Only repercussion of such a crash in this grand old dame age is that even if anything happens he might be even younger than you! Right.. like he even notice you in his class! DUH!!! After attending lessons for 3 years and having the dull and gays in the class... I finally find motivation to attend class because of a guy. Never happen in life ever because first after 11 years in an all girls school with lame male teachers who make you wanna barf the only thing that pushing you to school is mum's nags. Not to add to the fact the pendigree of poly guys in our class in SP are really in short supply and the only ones who looks somewhat decent to me is in maritime which is blocks and blocks away and I dont have any classes with him!!! And the only chance I get to talk to him is in Zouk!?!?!


Finally after almost 20 years of education I am going to school because of a cute guy!!


If that is any summary of my life.. that is one lame pathetic one at it!

Anyway the past entire week I was paralyse with this deadly laziness to blog. On another hand, there wasnt anything to blog. That my dear readers is how mudane and boring my life is!


So nothing LITERALLY happen.. I go to school go home.. wake up go work go home ya dah ya dah... Stayed home friday.. skipped school because of this blasted Jam that have been in loyang for 30 minutes that by the time I was out of it in Tampines.. my watch read 7.10pm. How apt! So I skipped class and ya dah ya dah


The Saturday started to get better when the school called to cancel class *yeah!* in the morning. However God's know my intention to wash the car so he let it rain... and it rain .. and it rain... so I gave up! I drove to the multi storey carpark and wash the car. I mean the car was like deck with dirt~ I can even WRITE on it! How's that for blockhead's precious~


Sat was also teng's birthday and so we met at suntec to celebrate for her. I feel guilty looking back because we didnt get her a cake. Anyway in the first place she cannot take milk of all sort coz she dont like *till this date, i am still wondering how can anyone refuse ice-cream!!* so there was a bit of the dilemma for us there.. We went to hock newly appointed bridal salon. Yesh.. he got this deal for the bridal thingy finally and going to try the gown and stuff ald. His wedding is coming soon in Jan.. I guess the lady at the boutique totally hates me.. too many questions and is not even my wedding!! HA! Overall impression of Everbliss Bridal.. I think the place is OK lah...as in it is affordable loh and well is just pictures although I still think something is lacking in the gowns. Probably it's just me...

Anyway this marina square is like under this MAJOR MAJOR O/H. So unless there is no parking lots at suntec. DO NOT GO TO MARINA SQUARE especially if you are bad in directions! The whole place is like this giant maze! Sheeze~


So there was no cake but we went to eat steamboat *yucky* I and blockhead have this hmmmm dislike for steamboat. Anyway is not my bday so yeah lah just went ahead. It wasnt that bad but for $22 i could eat something WAY better that the steamboat. There's one thing good about marina under renovation.. the cinema is literally desserted. While waiting for the movie.. we quench our thirst from the deadly MSG ladden soup we had for steamboat. Beer never taste that sweet before! So we bought tickets to watch the cannot make it 'Be Cool' never mind it star studded cast! If there was any saving grace it got to be the part where 'The Rock' appears! The rest of the movie was slow and unforgiving! I mean their advertisment have better come up with a line or WHATEVER to warn ppl to not watch this film! What a waste of $8.50! I give the film NEGATIVE 5 star out of 5! Geeze!


So sunday was spent vegetating like a worm but somehow was really... missing blockhead. I mean it like been a long time since anyone spoilt me like a brat. I hate having to drive myself to places and blah blah.. *sigh* Anyhow he is coming back in another 17 days =D for that 2 weeks~! Yeah Yeah!! I get to be a princess again.

Did I say assignments are coming? Yeah.. and I better start reading!!!
